STATEWIZE receives all events sent to it from the SDK. This makes it a perfect platform for quantitative analysis and user behaviour investigation. So, let's take a look at how you can measure feature conversion rates, retention and customer success - using the STATEWIZE dashboard and funnels functionality.

Measuring Conversions

Every step of the journey has a slug - which is what the SDK uses in order to send events to STATEWIZE. The only remaining question is "What do I want to measure?" Say you want to measure how many users converted from one event to another event. You would do so my building a simple funnel (No coding skills required!):

    Go to the Funnels page and create a new funnel
  2. 2.
    Configure the first step of the funnel. You can choose what ever "step" of the conversion is; It can be either an event slug (i.e item-added-to-cart - as you've defined it on the planning canvas), or it can be the slug of a journey (i.e refer-a-friend-journey)
  3. 3.
    You can keep adding steps to the funnel as you go - and the funnel information will be updated immediately.
